Wholesale Policy Terms
- Valid Sales Tax Permit & Resale Certificate are required.
- Only the approved account holder may place orders. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- All purchases must be for resale purposes only.
- Buy-in groups and third-party reselling are not permitted.
- Minimum order requirement: 36 pieces per order.
- Retail pricing must remain above Keystone pricing. We reserve the right to review, suspend, or close accounts that negatively impact brand integrity or other boutique retailers.
- While we do not guarantee ZIP code protection, we reserve the right to limit wholesale accounts within the same geographic area.
- All wholesale sales are final. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
