The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (“CPSIA”) became law in August 2009. T-Art Fashion is aware of this law and the requirements it imposes. T-Art Fashion further recognizes that consumer product safety is an issue of great importance, and T-Art Fashion is therefore committed to taking all necessary measures to fulfill its obligations under the CPSIA.
